 Managed the end-to-end execution of Interior fitout projects spanning over 1 lac sq. ft. Completed the project with a 20% cost saving, achieved through project monitoring, cost control measures, and strategic management strategies. This success was facilitated by effective change management, risk management, and efficient invoicing processes throughout the project lifecycle. Assisted in the procurement activity and conducted site inspections for Technical Due Diligence to ensure compliance with design specifications and client requirements. Liaised between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and resolve project-related issues promptly. Oversaw project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and addressing deviations through concise project progress reporting to stakeholders.

 Engaged in the development of a brownfield project, known as Mahakal Rudrasagar Integrated Development Approach (MRIDA II), as part of the CITIIS Program funded by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Agence Française de Développement (AFD), and the European Union, with a Project cost of INR 169 Crores. Collaborated closely with Design and Expert teams under the mentorship of Domestic and International mentors from NIUA and AFD contributing to the development of comprehensive planning and designing strategies. Led the master-planning and development for MRIDA II and one Pilot project, collaborating with design consultants to conceptualize and plan project components effectively. Meticulously managed project schedules, milestones, deliverables and assisted in the procurement and tendering process to hire consultants.
