Using Machine learning for recruitment automation. Applying research and development in Machine learning to practical use case within all aspects of staffing. I built an AI bot used for recruitment interaction. I also built a suite of tools that with very little or no information can extract skills, capabilities, seniority, personality traits, and other metadata of a candidate to analyze if a given candidate is fit for a job or not. I built a proprietary solution to tag a candidate to different sectors & divisions. Currently working with over 20 companies helping them go on-demand.

Launched the first platform to completely automate short-term staffing. Staffed some of the biggest events and companies in Chile including but not limited to Lollapalooza, Sonar, Creamfields to name a few. Hired more than 6000 people over a period of 4 years. The first company to use Artificial Intelligent Bot to completely automate staffing. Built the first AI staffing bot in Spanish and English in the year 2016. A bot that allows the candidate to talk in natural language about their preferences, past experience, job status, payment status to name a few. Bot offers jobs to candidates based on their capabilities and previous experience.

Launched in partnership with Universidad de Catolica the first Pre-accelerator program to help Tech and AI startups in Chile. Judged more than 200 applications for companies and mentored 7 companies to further raise capital.

Guest Lecturer in the Entrepreneurship & Innovation department at Universidad de Chile. The program is designed for individuals invested in the innovation and building their own companies in future.

Led the creation of a core CRM system from ideation to deployment. Contributed to development and marketing of Mindspark, an adaptive learning system, focusing on personalized education solutions.

Led the development of the Placement Preparation Program, working with European & Indian companies to pinpoint the precise skills required in various roles at these companies and identify the skill gaps among university students. Through the use of psychometric assessments and qualitative interviews, we meticulously identified these gaps. We assembled a team of experts to design and implement a tailored curriculum that effectively bridged these gaps, significantly enhancing student employability. Additionally, provided strategic marketing consultancy to a diverse range of companies, focusing mostly on marketing campaigns.

Worked in an account team for Hutch and other leading brands, playing a key role in campaign design & development, copywriting, activations, and various marketing initiatives.
