I am a wet process engineer at Micron’s R&D fab and soon will be supporting the new HVM. Everyday I manage quality control and drive continuous improvements through SPC, DOE, and RCA. My first contribution so far is a collaborative project improving RPT and saving chemistry/costs by partition testing across pre-processes to create a BKM recipe/flow on an essential tool. ——Before Micron, I graduated with a B.Sc. in Physics from RIT and gained valuable problem-solving skills from rigorous classes such as solid state, quantum, thermal, optical, and astrophysics. As a physicist, I have strong R&D skills via research programs in experimental astrochemistry, computational astrophysics, and qualitative physics education research. Across these NSF grants I built a HV system for a plasma-based particle accelerator, analyzed NASA JWST data, and published papers/presented findings at national conferences such as CUWiP and APS April. My diverse research profile speaks to an adaptive and self-motivated nature. I also have excellent leadership and communication qualities refined through involvement with DEISJ advocacy and SPS during my degree. Here I engaged with outreach initiatives, organized college-wide programs, and made a lasting impact to my community! ——As an early career physicist, chemist, and process engineer, I am driven to a future in semiconductor-based AI technology and project management. I enjoy fast, dynamic environments with a passion and dedication to improving our world through advancing memory. Let’s do this!
