I am the daughter of the company’s founder and have worked full-time at Ashbourne since 1992. Prior to this I spent six years working for a major US bank. I now have overall financial responsibility for Ashbourne I work alongside the management team, play a key role in the firm’s new business development and HR/strategic planning. I am a tireless networker, not only on behalf of Ashbourne, but for the benefit of the wider small business community. I have also personally overseen the successful fundraising of over £50,000 for Ashbourne’s chosen charities. My commitment and enthusiasm have been officially recognised by the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce & Industry which named me as Entrepreneur of the Year at the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards 2012. I was also awarded a national business award for "Family Ambassador" at the Red Ribbon Family Awards 2012.
