My son and I opened this music lessons studio in 2008. All of my sons are professional musicians and they also teach at the studio. It is so exciting to see our students as they learn an instrument. Music has always been a part of our lives and it's nice to share our love of music with others. Each year the studio grows and we have many projects on the horizon to enhance our services. I created this online travel agent training program in 2002 and operated it as my own business until 2009. I sold my e-learning program to AAA Carolinas and manage the school along with training and developing our travel sales specialists. I have been in the travel industry since 1988 and absolutely love being involved in travel.I am currently rebuilding and updating the online travel school site and curriculum so it will be more interactive and updated using today's technology. We hope to launch the new site and program in the 2013.

I primarily train technology to our travel sales specialist and work with all travel agent new hires to learn the basics in booking engines, CRM usage, and invoicing procedures. My newest project will be developing E-learning modules for many of our required systems, sales and service training.
