Within my role, I support the Artist Relations and Education Manager by actively participating in the planning of production details for visiting artists. This involves close collaboration with touring production managers and local production staff. I execute various event production tasks, including driving artists, shopping for events, and handling setup and tear-down operations. On the day of the show, I ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled and am readily available to assist anyone as needed. I also maintain a strong focus on meeting the department's safety and risk management standards, uphold a high standard of cleanliness, and handle daily upkeep and restocking on show days or as required.

Within this role, I collaborate with a diverse team of RAs and professional staff to create a positive living environment, showcasing teamwork and leadership capabilities. I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills through intentional, daily interactions with residents, staff, and management. I organize community events to enhance the resident experience and foster a sense of belonging. I contribute to an inclusive community, respecting diversity and fostering a welcoming environment for residents from all backgrounds. Lastly, I am trained to handle emergencies, high-stress situations, and various crises, making quick decisions under pressure while ensuring compliance with residence hall policies and regulations.

I researched for Dr. Joshua Alexander in the Experimental Amplification Research (EAR) Lab. Within the lab we ran various studies in relation to hearing and hearing aids.

At the Purdue University Residence Support Center I greeted incoming visitors, directed individuals to private study rooms, managed Excel Spreadsheets, and maintained a clean and quiet study environment.

Within this role, I worked on the Talent Acquisition - University Relations Team! I assisted with Co-op, Salaried, and/or Hourly Recruiting. I reviewed resumes and assisted managers with the recruitment process. I scheduled and conducted interviews. I assisted with new hire orientation and paperwork. I supported communication plans, and assisted with employee and labor relations, morale events, and recognition programs. I sent out weekly highlight emails to all Co-ops informing them of things going on in the greater Ohio area. I was trained on working in Oracle/HCM and Workday.

Within this role I direct hands-on workshops consisting of 30 customers per session design, prepare all daily material using Adobe Illustrator, and am responsible for collecting all business payments through Square Point of Sale.

Within this role I maintained and enforced strict and up-to-date cleanliness and social distancing policies regarding the COVID- 19 outbreak and performed daily quality checks of inventory ensuring damaged items were reported and removed for inspection. Additionally, I demonstrated leadership and attention to detail by appointing tasks based off of each individual's skill set.
