Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to create, coordinate, and execute member and club events. I successfully plan hundreds of events ranging in variety from golf tournaments and weddings to charitable galas, birthday celebrations and business meetings while consistently exceeding monthly projected sales budgets. I am also involved in developing new creative social events to cater to multiple demographics within the club.

I was responsible for the planning and execution of over 90 yearly events held for individuals who donate to and celebrate the achievements of TU's 18 intercollegiate Division-I teams. I was also privileged to be the point person for many events outside of Athletics for the institution's various colleges, outreach programs, and Gilcrease Museum.

As assistant to the company's owner and CEO, I was responsible for many facets of the business. Travel planning, data entry, marketing, equipment and software upkeep and training, booking speaking engagements and overall organization were among the vast tasks given to me. I also worked on analysis projects for large clients such as Booginhead and Luna Bar to help them reach their optimum outreach potential with their brand through social media. Familiar with analytics programs such as Radian6 and Google Analytics.

I was on a team responsible for creating and implementing a multi-million dollar program which is the first step in an initiative to raise funds for the Football Annual Fund for the Razorback Foundation. The program was centered around new seat premiums and a brand new online 3-D seating program, in which donors are given the opportunity to choose their own seats. It is the first step in a 10-year project to renovate and build new athletic facilities. My personal responsibilities included working with fellow team members to reach a common goal, organizing staff duties, policy creation, editing, and review, global and game-day marketing, communicating the program to donors, recruiting new donors, trouble-shooting before and during various aspects of the program, composing press releases, informative mailings and presentation materials, and generating fresh ideas for program implementation. We exceeded our overall project forecast by 63%, our average annual gift by 28%, and our overall donor membership by 17%.

As a producer at FOX23, I was responsible for constructing an hour-long newscast from scratch. I monitored local, national, and international news stories, wrote all stories, made reporter assignments, allocated time to each story, chose graphics, and placed stories between commercial breaks in order to meet rating times. I worked closely with my anchors, reporters, and meteorologists to come up with new, innovative ways to present our product and capture our demograhic's attention.

I began my time with the establishment as a Server. My outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to engage with guests, and high level of proficiency led to a quick promotion to the position of Bartender. While in that position, I helped to increase sales, increase guest frequency and lower overall bar costs. I utilized my strong attention to detail and very patientdemeanor as the lead trainer and training coordinator for both service and bar departments.

As an intern, I was introduced to all news departments. My main responsibility was to sharpen my writing skills by helping producers build their shows.
