The present role is to provide the Technical support to sales and engineering teams for CIP/ COP program roll out at Pharma and Personal Care sites. Responsible for Pharma and Personal Care sites assessments for CIP/COP process- design, validation, process optimization and for development of safe CIP validation programs Responsible for CIP/ COP Gap Assessment, risk assessment, root cause analysis, CAPA  Responsible for CIP/COP cleaning trials -roll out at Pharma and Personal care sites and help to establish Ecolab cleaning program-value and savings to customers. Support Sales Team in Cleaning and Hygiene audits, base line data collection for site TCO savings, for continual process improvement. Effectively lead the New Product introduction Processes at customer locations in order to get best quality , optimum cost control by implementing right CIP/COP cleaning and sanitation programs. Support and develop Technical Team as Functional leaders by coaching and guiding in the area of expertise i.e. GMP, CIP-Process validation, troubleshooting ,Regulatory compliances and Quality System through regular trainings.

Leading in delivering & developing Quality Systems. Coaching and Developing Technical Team. • Responsible for continually upgrading Application Quality through new products introductions and continuous process -enhancements, stringent process checks.• Sustaining and Improving Food Safety and Systems by Sweep Audits for continual process improvement to meet the excellence in Food safety chain.• Driving Technical Support to sales team.• Ensuring Environmental Sustainability objectives with Global Ecolab R& D .• Ensuring optimum Cost control by implementing right application in terms of lubrication, cleaning and sanitation chemicals.• Effectively lead the New Product introduction Processes.• Keeping a track on the Key Performance Indicators from quality point of view and undertaking measures for enhancing performance.• Support and develop Technical Team as Functional leaders by means of coaching and guidance in the area of expertise i.e. GMP, Food Safety, Environment, Regulatory compliances Quality System through regular trainings.

This is a systems driven IMS certified plant. The role involved the managing of Quality Assurance Function as a custodian of Food Safety and Legal Food compliances. Reporting-To Plant Manager and GM QualityKey Responsibilities:- Production planning -achieved plant AOP volume-Product Quality and compliance -upgrade Product Quality through continuous process & stringent process checks with best in class GMP.-Food Safety and Systems- Certified Internal Auditor for QMS, EMS & OHSAS. Implemented IMS as MR for the site to ensure compliance on food safety requirements.-Customer Complaints- Drive CC by strong focus on structured resolution, proactive approach and right communications.- Environment sustainability-drive initiatives for water saving and reusing of recycled waste water. -Ensuring optimum Cost control in terms of water treatment chemicals, cleaning and sanitation chemicals, Beer making chemicals, and effluent treatment chemicals.- Process Quality Control of Beer Industry .Ensured the company’s finished products complies with the company specific norms. Support to ensure the Regulatory compliance-Audit, select and manage supplier on Raw material purchase.-Participate and contribute to the formulation of the Quality improvement plans and AOP. - Maintain a secured quality environment for Quality policies, procedures-Keeping a track on the KPI from quality point of view and undertaking measures for enhancing performance.-Support and develop QA Team as Functional leaders by means of coaching and guidance in the area of Quality System through regular trainings.-Relationship management PCB and Weights & Measurement for statutory compliances.

This Plant is an ISO 22000 (HACCP), facility with Level-1 TPM Award (2008) from JIPM and is a systems driven site. Working in a team and leading in delivering & developing quality Systems. • Responsible for continually upgrading Product Quality, Sustaining and Improving Food Safety and Systems HACCP, led and implemented ISO 22000, AIB audit for plant.• Responsible for reduction in Customer Complaints, Environment Sustainability initiatives for plant (Implemented Bio-Enzyme based effluent Treatment Plant in PepsiCo world wide and got PepsiCo Chairperson Sustainability Award in 2008 for Zero Discharge.• Responsible for optimum Cost control in terms of water treatment chemicals, cleaning and sanitation chemicals, syrup making chemicals, and effluent treatment chemicals.• Responsible for Process Quality Control of company’s finished products (Beverage /Juice) comply with the company specific norms.• Audit, select and manage vendors Support to ensure the Regulatory and statutory compliances.
