Proficient in mentoring and managing team members.A few achievements that I would like to highlight here:The first achievement that I would like to highlight here is that we were doing development and adding new features in a Cloud Backup product, but we were facing lots of stability issues in the product and customers were raising lots of issues from their side as well, this was leading to unsatisfactory customers and a high churn risk. So, I took the lead to bring stability to the product and increase the customer reliability. I created a Proactive and Automated Health Monitoring Alert System. There were two main tasks here: First was to- Find out the current issues in the product with the help of an automated application which internally analysis the logs and DB. Prioritize the issues on the basis of count, criticality & impact. And resolve the most critical issues to reduce the impact.Second was to- Find out the issues proactively and resolve them. These were the cases where the customer is not aware about the issue or the situation can become a blocker/critical issue in a few days. I created another automated application which would find out cases which can lead to customer issues, analyse the current trends and compare them with the known issues and the historical data. Created a list of such cases, prioritized them and resolved the most critical ones to save a large number of issues that would be raised by the customers in the near future. This helped a lot in increasing the customer confidence and reliability to a great extent.
