I am an MBA in Operations, ISO 9001-2000 Lead Auditor, and a Green Belt Six Sigma, with over 20 years of experience in launching and establishing schools. I have worked with several renowned school brands (DPS, GD GOENKA, Ambassador School-DUBAI, GAURS & KHAITAN), contributing to areas such as land acquisition, securing NOCs, architectural coordination, marketing, branding, strategic planning, recruitment, training, process and curriculum development, financial planning, cost accounting, expansion planning (franchise, operating and lease models) and affiliations. I have also led the implementation of SOPs, KRAs, KPIs, ERP, LMS and organisational review systems like WBRs, MBRs and QBRs in order to manage multiple schools.Through my dedication, integrity and hard work, I have successfully established school brands, most notably establishing GAURS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (https://gaursinternationalschool.com) as a prominent brand for a real estate company (GAURS) and expanded it into a chain of schools in Noida/NCR and KHAITAN WORLD SCHOOL (https://khaitanworld.com) in Ghaziabad.I now fully intend to establish a chain of schools for KHAITAN EDUCATION CENTRE (https://khaitaneducationcentre.com) to take the group to even greater heights.
