• Responsible to develop, implement and manage Safety Management System (SMS) throughout the organization including assessing the effectiveness SMS to identify any shortfalls and potential improvements to SMS policy, program and process.• Promote and maintain Company Just Culture and Safety Reporting Program.• Prepare and face IOSA Audit as an Auditee for ORG Section and act as auditee during Regulatory SMS Audits.• Monitor compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and other relevant standards, and timely submission of Corrective Actions for regulatory and internal audit findings and conduct Root Cause Analysis• Identify operational hazards, conduct Safety Risk Assessment and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of safety risk controls.• Conduct Safety Investigations for operational and technical issues to ensure the timely production of corrective and preventative action plans.• Prepare audit checklist and conduct Internal Safety Audits and inspections including internal IOSA Audits• Develop and monitor Safety Performance Indicators and Targets.• Supervise Flight Data Analyst for routine analysis of Flight Data to detect abnormal operation, determine the cause for the event and identify trends and hazards from Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) Program • Prepare statistical Safety Data and present in Safety Review Board and Safety Action Group Meetings.• Conduct Training Need Analysis and deliver Safety (SMS) Trainings.• Prepare and coordinate Emergency Response Plan (ERP).• Develop Annual Safety Plan including Annual Safety Audit Plan, SMS and ERP Training Plan and Safety budget• Provide guidance, supervision and ensure that the departmental responsibilities are fulfilled by the team employed under the department
