This journey has allowed me to leverage my analytical skills and strategic thinking to drive the growth and success of iSnagger.As the Co-Founder of iSnagger, my role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at driving the company’s vision and ensuring customer success. Aside from Research Analyst my key responsibilities include:#1 Implementation Strategy: Developing and overseeing implementation strategies to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards and align with customer expectations.#2 Customer Success: Fostering strong customer relationships and providing ongoing support to maximize the value clients derive from our solutions, while continuously improving our offerings based on feedback.#3 Strategic Vision: Contributing to the company’s strategic direction, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring our solutions remain innovative and competitive.

I began my journey at iSnagger as a Research Analyst, where my key contributions include:#1 Market Research: Conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points. This research was instrumental in shaping our initial product offerings, ensuring they were well-aligned with the needs of our target market.#2 Documentation: Creating detailed documentation to support the development process, including market analysis reports, requirement specifications, and user guidelines. This ensured that our team had a clear and consistent reference point throughout the project lifecycle.#3 Phase Planning: Developing structured phase plans to guide the implementation of our projects. This involved outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure that our development process was efficient and goal-oriented.

Coordinating people’s time, activities, and tasks.#2 PlanningLike any busy project, an understanding and appreciation of the planning process are required. I also need to be able to pull together plans for work activities in order to make their co-ordination of tasks run that bit smoother.#3 Other Fundamental Project Management Skills AreasI need to understand just as much as a Project Manager does when it comes to project management techniques, processes, and methods.#4 Third Party / Supplier InteractionI'll will have the necessary authority levels to sign the contract and approve the work.

RRG Software is a total-technology solutions provider with capabilities in software application development, software product development, application management, system integration, and technology integration services.I joined RRG Software as an Associate Sofware Engineer in Oct 2017.- ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET.- Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications.- Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement.- Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.- Create technical specifications and test plans.

The placement cell in our college caters to the employment needs of the students graduating from the college, which not only provides them a platform for an early entry into the corporate world but also equips them to build on the foundation of the comprehensive curriculum of the Engineering Course.The student members of the placement cell are selected from the second and third-year batches after being put through a rigorous selection process. Placement Cell undertakes the following activities:• Preparation of the placement brochure• Networking with prospective companies and then contacting them• CV building sessions• Training the students to equip them with the required skills• Planning the placement period• Taking care of hospitality arrangements of the visiting recruiters

The R&D cell intends to encourage students with inquisitive, analytical, or exploratory minds to hone their skills and put them to good use.
