Directly manages two full-time staff members and five local site managers at various locations. Services performed include collecting rent, driving leasing, managing local site managers, and reporting to local ownership boards. Under the direction of the board of directors, the team developed an overarching business plan to ensure the long-term sustainability of the program. Through this strategic planning process, the team conducted a detailed market analysis to add external validation to the pricing structure, right-sized the number of staff to reduce costs, created a customer service survey to formalize feedback process, and developed preferred vendor partnerships to reduce costs for customers.

Managed a portfolio of 10+ facilities with full turnkey property management that spanned four time zones, 400 residents, and constituted more than $12 million in total assets and nearly $3 million in annual revenue. Services included annually driving and securing leases, supervising onsite maintenance professionals, invoicing and collecting rent, assembling financial reports, and reporting to local ownership boards.Overhauled the Residential Learning Community (RLC), a key organizational program, as part of a task force commissioned by the National Board of Directors. Was charged by the board to develop a full report of recommendations to overhaul the program, and if possible, develop sample resources under the revitalized program. Over an 18-month period, the task force held bi-weekly conference calls to produce a multifaceted report of recommendations to overhaul the program, accompanied by three prototype resource guides. The Board unanimously accepted the recommendations in the report, as well as the proposed implementation timeline.

This included formal executive management classes through the University of Richmond with a focus on communication styles for the DISC Assessment.Inherited a portfolio of 13 accounts across the Northeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions, including MIT, Villanova, Northwestern, and Virginia Tech. Created strategic plans, budgets, and recruitment goals that were subsequently shared between chapter stakeholders, the alumni base, and on-campus professionals.

Worked as a research assistant to the primary administrator on the South-Central Prosperity Plan. With Wichita as its center, this HUD-funded program facilitated the assessment of economic development and growth opportunities in a South-Central Kansas, five-county region. Aided in planning and facilitating meetings with local government stakeholders across the region. Conducted an analysis of the Kansas Foodbank’s donor database and assembled a water directory for South Central Kansas, which consisted of elected officers and local professionals.

Managed a variety of tasks from the seven staff professionals I reported to, planned four events a semester for the Wichita State Campus, and aided in the development of a long term strategic plan for the office.

Responsible for presiding over Student Government meetings using Robert's Rules of Parliamentary Procedure, establishing necessary committees, and participating in committee responsible for allocating student fee money to student organizations and other campus entities.
