As a software engineering student at IDM Achievers International Campus, I am passionate about learning and applying new technologies and methodologies to create innovative solutions. I am currently pursuing a Higher National Diploma in Software Engineering (Pearson BTECH), which covers topics such as user interface design, databases, programming, and web development.I currently work as an executive in customer response management at Dialog Axiata PLC, one of the leading telecommunications providers in Sri Lanka. I am one of the people responsible for managing the digital channels and social media platforms of the company, ensuring that the customers receive timely and accurate information and feedback. I use my research skills to analyze customer behavior, preferences, and satisfaction, and to identify areas for improvement and enhancement and escalate useful feedback to responsible teams. I enjoy collaborating with my team and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and support to our customers.
