Manager, Learning And Knowledge Solutions
The Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) is a registered, not-for-profit organization that focuses on diversity and inclusion, human rights, and equity in Canada's workplaces. Since joining the team in 2022, I have led the strategic redesign and implementation of See Different, our free Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) training and certification program and national network for youth in Canada aged 15-26. Responsibilities include strategic planning, business and partnership development, grant writing, budget oversight, supervision of junior staff, instructional design, facilitation, event planning, and supporting social media and marketing initiatives. Education Abroad Advisor
As the Education Abroad Advisor (EAA), I supported the international partnerships of StFX and facilitated the participation of students in education abroad activities.
