Hi, I'm Ashequr Rahman. UI / UX designer. Currently leading a creative tech team working on global web & UI projects. I've always wanted my work to be part of something bigger, linked to innovation, and part of people's everyday lives. I've also always wanted to take on the challenge of making complicated software easy to use.In the UI/UX designer role, I can be in charge of making valuable products and experiences, including UX, UI, and finding problems. A big part of a UI/UX designer's job is coming up with solutions to problems that might arise during the first round of designing a product.I also work closely with the team to develop research questions, plan and carry out interviews, collect user feedback using sorting cards, and test how easy it is to use. I also plan and run studies on user behavior and attitudes, do heuristic evaluations, help define and improve user personas, and present and share insights to help shape long-term product strategy.Product thinking is the foundation of my work. This means that I look at the user experience of a product as a whole, not just as the interaction and visual design of features. Instead, I focus more on the business's needs than on how perfect every pixel will look.Overall, I want my work to give users more power by making software that makes their daily lives more accessible and has a beautiful user experience.Thanks
