As the CEO of Tutura, I lead a team of 80 talented students from 9+ countries in providing high-quality online tutoring services to students around the world. Our platform has attracted over 1000 students and offers a wide range subjects to cater to the diverse needs of our students.My role in managing Tutura involves overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, from recruitment and administration to marketing and business development. I am committed to ensuring that Tutura provides the best possible experience for both our students and tutors, and constantly work to improve our platform and services.At Tutura, we believe in the power of education to transform lives, and are dedicated to making high-quality tutoring accessible and affordable for students of all backgrounds. Through our innovative online platform and dedicated team of tutors, we are empowering students around the world to achieve their academic goals and unlock their full potential.

As a research intern on a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) project, I worked to develop knowledge on mental health and how to optimize education of SEL in India and other countries. This project aimed to improve mental health outcomes and provide students with the necessary tools to navigate social and emotional challenges.In my role, I was responsible for conducting market research by identifying the research audience, conducting research interviews, and reporting my findings. Through this process, I gained valuable experience in qualitative research methods and learned how to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.Additionally, I was tasked with building community engagement by promoting the project and reaching out to potential partners and collaborators. This involved developing strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to articulate complex research ideas to a diverse range of stakeholders.Overall, this research internship provided me with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to mental health and social emotional learning. It also allowed me to develop my research, communication, and community-building skills, which I continue to use in my professional pursuits.

I was honored to be amongst the 105 global scholars out of 3000+ students invited to attend the Youth Leadership Conference (YLC) by the Leadership Institute at Harvard College. During the conference, I had the opportunity to engage with other aspiring leaders and learn from experts in various fields.One of the highlights of the conference was my involvement in researching effective entrepreneurial mechanisms and pitching the business model for Abhinava, a social change project developed with affiliates of Harvard Business School. Through this experience, I gained valuable insights into social entrepreneurship and learned how to apply business principles to create positive social impact.As a result of my contributions, I was invited to be the face of YLC. This experience not only helped me develop my leadership and communication skills but also inspired me to continue pursuing my passion for social change and entrepreneurship.Overall, my participation in the YLC and Abhinava project was a formative experience that has shaped my professional journey and instilled in me a deep commitment to creating positive change in the world.
