Current1) National Project Manager, Rotary International Aug 2012- to dateMain responsibilities include developing Public Private Partnership between UNICEF, WHO and Health Department in all provinces of the country. My major tasks include;• Manages the project at country level for intensified polio eradication activities in the development of integrated plans and approaches for the delivery of a broad spectrum of health promotion programs, regional initiatives, and collaborative efforts with WHO, UNICEF, EPI, CDC.• Develop and implement a regional resource mobilization strategy to support Health Promotion as well as initiate and negotiate funding agreements with government, non-government, and private organizations.• Makes presentations, advocates increased awareness and dissemination of best practices, and represents Rotary at international meetings and conferences in Pakistan.• Collaborates with other partners, regional and country offices in the area of promotion of evidence-based health promotion.• Provide technical leadership to all Rotary regional programs in the country in the strategic planning process for the Department and units.• Introduced E Monitoring system for improved routine immunization to monitor activities of grassroots health workers through SMS based Cellphone project. Design project with local software company to give real time data and geographical position of polio workers for effective monitoring.
