  I worked in the musculoskeletal department. The lab I worked in focused on tendon development and injury modeling. I learned how to do many different types of histology analysis skills. I learned how to stain slides with H&E (Hematoxylin and Eosin), I learned how to use a microscope to take photos of the slides, and I learned how to use ImageJ software to quantify the diameters of collagen fibrils of mice.
