My work experience with the Random Character Collective and DeeKay Motion were contracted through Consulting with Ash Co. I served as a dynamic Community Manager and Artist Assistant, overseeing a range of responsibilities, including community engagement, merchandise logistics, B2C strategy, B2B collaborations, market analysis, and investment analysis. I was one of three core team members for the Random Character Collective. I helped with community building, advising, market research, marketing, social media content, I helped host live town halls that are bi-weekly, I ran meditations 2 days a week for over a year, and post NFT analysis. I am in charge of the "alpha" section of the discord which has generated over $200,000 worth of NFT Arbitrage opportunities to our holders of RCC NFTs. I currently run bi-weekly Art Talk discord talks that speak on the current state of the art market and news. I have helped succesfully release six digital collectible projects and have worked alongside five different artists in this process.

Hosted an active initiative with over 300 participants and 32,000 Kilometers logged that was biked, ran, and cycled by members of the DEEKAYVERSE discord over 3 months and facilitated mental health talks, guest speakers, and AMAs with DeeKay. The merchandise drop I was in charge of was a free claim for verified holders of DeeKay's art. I was in charge of everything from design to fulfillment.
