CurrentPatents give inventors the right to exclude others from making or selling their inventions for a limited time. My role involves examining inventions of artificial intelligence-based systems. Job duties include:● Review artificial intelligence and machine-learning based patent applications for compliance with alllaws and regulations. Inventions may include neural networks, parallel and/or distributed machinelearning systems, and optimized learning algorithms● Search through prior art including US and foreign patent documents and non-patent literature● Prepare Office Actions by formulating rejections with supporting rationale, or determining how claimsdistinguish over prior art, while meeting strict deadlines.● Make recommendations to patent applicants and patent attorneys for advancing prosecutiontowards allowable patent claims, resulting in an issued patent● Continually learn about artificial intelligence subject matter and efficiently conducting my roles
