Rutter, often dubbed 'Plaid for e-Commerce,' has a universal API serving a range of e-commerce platforms.Spearheaded the design and implementation of customer registration and self-serve features. Developed white-labeling capabilities and analytics pages while forging partnerships with data-visualization companies. Revitalized the front-end, extended back-end platform support, and optimized the overall user experience through customer support and dashboard analytics.

Award-winning, venture-backed green energy startup — formerly known as Software Motor Company — that builds high efficiency electric motor solutions; raised over $400 million to date.At Turntide, I designed and ran experiments to collect data on competitor motors, focusing on metrics like efficiency, speed-torque curves, and battery capabilities. This data was then analyzed to generate a speed-torque curve and efficiency map, providing key insights for future design modeling.

OpenROV, later renamed Sofar Ocean, was a venture-backed aquatic robotics company funded by Tony Fadell and other investors. The company produced underwater drones and was dubbed 'the DJI of the sea' by the press. Currently, Sofar focuses on optimizing commercial shipping voyages, providing weather data, and produces the "Spotter" robot.I designed and manufactured submersible lights, producing around 1,000 units for customers. Developed a 100-meter tether reel, aiding in the production of ~50 units. Engaged in the diagnosis and repair of electronics, contributed to waterproofing solar panels for ocean deployment, and managed Spotter buoy testing. Also serviced customer OpenROV 1.x & Trident robots and assisted in customer relations.
