Climate Changers is an initiative that inspires people to reduce their personal impact on the climate. We help Americans address their role in the climate crisis by focusing on simple and achievable actions anyone can take. Our core offering is Climate Champions, a web based application designed specifically for groups of people, working individually and collectively, to lower their climate impact.

*Managed the day-to-day activities and program development of the Youth Volunteer Corps (YVC), the largest teen volunteer program in Sonoma County *Engaged more than 1,000 teens in community service through group projects and volunteer matching *Developed a youth-driven leadership program, which recruited, trained and managed 20 high school students in planning more than two dozen community service projects each year*Collaborated with more than two dozen youth-serving organizations to plan annual conferences that engaged more than 400 teens in health, environment and social justice*Advised several nonprofits and conducted trainings on development of effective youth volunteer and leadership programs
