I am a motivated student at NC State University pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree with a minor in Forest Management. My graduation date is May 2026. My career interests include systems engineering, fabrication, prototype development and testing, simulation and modeling, process optimization, and technical project management. I have strong passions for the outdoors, the environment, and sustainability, and would like to integrate these passions with engineering in the future.I am proficient in Solidworks, Fusion 360, and Matlab. Current-Actively contributed to NC State’s successful Formula SAE (FSAE) team. FSAE is a Collegiate Design Series put on by the Society of Automotive Engineers that challenges students to conceive, design, fabricate, and compete with small formula-style racing cars. Teams spend 12 months preparing vehicles for competition.- Helped design and manufacture the chassis for the 2023 vehicle.- Co-designed and created new parts/specifications for the 2023 and 2024 chassis. - Led manufacturing of a new torsion test rig for the 2024 chassis.-Invested an average of 20 hours a week in the team while carrying a full-time engineering course load.
