As a digital native, I have significant interest, understanding and experience of mobile technology. Quick to learn about upcoming releases and developments, I am constantly updating my knowledge of exciting tech. This has been particularly valuable when training consumers in new products and software.Through work and personal pursuits, I have additional skillsets in:• Communication - ability to talk to people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures; particularly advising and helping people. I also have the capability of teaching new skills and knowledge to others with effectiveness and efficiency, whilst keeping it interesting• Technicality - strong knowledge and understanding of a multitude of products and software; can touch type and use a variety of apps and software• Entrepreneurism - set up my own photographic business at the age of 16; enjoy looking for gaps in the market, evidenced by Young Enterprise team I worked in during Year 12. Retail sector employment has increased my understanding of business processes in general and sales in particular• Conscientiousness - I have a strong work ethic; push myself to complete tasks to the best of my ability with a keen attention to detail. Also, a very tidy person• Flexibility - able to take advice as well as giving it, with strong listening skills. With an ability to adjust quickly to new working environments, I adapt well and take instructions effectively.
