Responsibilities included overall P&L responsibility for division, strategy development, management reporting, pricing strategy, budgeting and forecasting, commercial evaluation of new product development, brand positioning and product performance, business case development. Achievements• Implemented daily sales reporting tool, enabling business to track financial performance throughout the month

Commercial Director role on Specialty Cheese division (sales of $45 million NZD) similar to Beverages role above. In addition to role on Specialty Cheese leadership team I was Business partner to GM Foodservice (sales of $100 million NZD) and UHT Operations Manager which included costing and budget management. Achievements• Successfully turned around Specialty Cheese business exceeding budgeted profit by 30% and a year on year increase of 50% (from $9 million to $14 million NZD). Program of improvements included realigning brand strategy, integrating manufacturing site onto JDE and reducing operating costs, new pricing strategy and a strategic sourcing program.
