Limitless is a non-profit organisation that was founded on the desire to end powerlessness in youths caused by poverty, mental illness, & social inequality, and empower them, regardless of background, circumstance, or history to fulfill their God given potential. Limitless' work revolves around providing accessible mental health services to youths who may otherwise never seek help. Limitless' services include: - Assessment, support, therapy and casework services for youths struggling with mental health issues - Psychological services for youths aged 12 - 25- Outreach and public education about mental health, through workshops, booths, talks, and content creation - A community for youths living with and recovering from mental health issues on DiscordSince 2021, the Outreach team of Limitless has been designated as a CREST-Youth service to the North-East Region of Singapore by the Agency for Integrated Care, providing education, outreach, screening and support services to youths

The SGMWBN Steering Committee oversees the overall direction, strategies and deliverables for national partnerships, and lead implementation of key initiatives. It is the main partnership platform supporting the Interagency Taskforce on Mental Health and Well-being.

Family & Individual Social Work- Conducted supportive casework and counselling for clients- Liaised with external partners and government bodies to best ameliorate client situations- Advocated for betterment of client's circumstances with relevant authorities - Conducted research which was presented in Seoul Joint World Conference in Social Work, Education, and Social Development 2016 - Started the Youth Club (YALOR) to engage with at-risk youths within the community- Developed and conducted youth programs for youth within the community

- Conducted specialised group work and training programs for youth-at-risk - Conducted leadership and life-skills training- Developed group work and training programs through the use of evidence-based research- Worked with schools to develop strategies and programs to mitigate challenges faced by youth-at-risk - Helmed inter-strategy projects for major client accounts- Worked to develop and grow the in-house Learning and Development team membersApproved sexuality education trainer

- Conducted research with regards to best practices in working with offenders on supervision- Made recommendations for policy management and change- Conducted in-house training for caseworkersWrote and published the 'Handbook of Best Practices for Community Work With Offenders on Supervision' for use within the Community-Based Interventions Services Branch

- Managed several youth cases and did clinical work (Supervised) - Developed and executed group work and training programmes- Managed the youth drop-in centre - Participated in research of resident needs

- Conducted patrols within sector- Responded to and handled crime cases- Worked in mufti during special operations- Manned the NPC counter- Served in major events such as NDP ’09 and APECAwarded Best Counter Officer (Nov 2009 - May 2010)
