Primary responsibilities have been in recruitment and retention for clinical trials. Successfully address patient concerns and questions with patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Effectively address health literacy concerns and conduct bilingual research activities. Lead consults with translation and video production teams as needed to develop culturally-sensitive, patient-facing materials and videos. Contribute to community building at SORCE, participating in new employee and student assistant interviews as well as advocating for diversity and inclusion at all levels.
