My practice focuses primarily on trust and estate planning, trust and estate controversy, and on income tax planning matters. I have experience in business litigation, general business transactions, and in tax planning for business and real property transactions. In addition to my practice, I am pursuing an Executive LL.M. in Taxation degree from New York University School of Law.Prior to joining Anderson Yazdi Hwang Minton + Horn LLP, I trained as a litigator and general business and tax attorney at a leading Central Valley firm. In addition to providing tax planning for a myriad of business transactions, negotiating and effecting business and real property transactions, and handling tax controversies before various taxing authorities, I also litigated a wide range of business disputes, including serving on a trial team that secured a $88,000,000 verdict after a ten week jury trial.
