• Executive Management Liason for 450 IT professionals. Day to day responsibilities include planning and tracking of a) Staff, Contractor and Offshore Resource Management b) Supply/Demand Models c) Capitalization d) Budgets e) Metrics Reporting. Special projects include CMM Level III certification and adaptation of Primavera’s Project Management software suite. These initiatives institutionalized standards and documented processes throughout the organization with skilled change management techniques to bring quality message to ‘hero’ culture.• Certified as Black Belt in Six Sigma quality program managing projects, training green belts and process owners in the Six Sigma process quality assurance methodology resulting in projects with fewer errors, less time to market and lower costs. • Systems Manager responsible for planning, estimating, scheduling, supervising design, coding, testing and integration of voice response and service center systems coupled with research, analysis, budgeting, purchasing or contractual agreements of hardware and software from 3rd party vendors related to these systems as required to address the information processing needs of the business. • Hands-on lead developer for Interactive Voice Response system, handling 10+ million calls annually, supporting 3 service centers utilizing integrated CTI technology, Dictaphone recording, 23 T1’s, and a multiple phase disaster recovery plan in Fort Lee NJ, Parsippany NJ and Raleigh NC. • Applications were benefits related including 401k Savings Plans, Pension Plans, and Health and Welfare systems. Numeric and Alpha Voice Recognition, Text-To-Speech, Faxing and Screen popping were some of the system telephony features. Transfer Connect and Call Prompter were some of the network features necessary for integration with other outsourcing vendors creating seamless phone service to the client.
