I have over 10 years of experience with metal fabrication and blueprint reading. I am also what you would consider a jack of all trades, I originally went to college for accounting and graduated with 4.0 gpa but my interest lies with building things and working with my hands so I decided to pick up metal fabrication such as sheet metal and welding. I enjoyed that for a while but when I first started my career in welding I worked with quality inspectors and I knew deep down that that is where I belong. Soon I found myself branching out into the NDT world, taking NDT classes outside of work and getting personal certifications. In time I was offered a great opportunity to work as a QC inspector with NOV. I have thrived in my working environment here and quickly moved up from quality control to quality auditing working with various departments in regards to pipe inspection. My main goal is to get enough experience to get my level III by 2027 and see where that takes me in the future.
