I hail from a semi-rural small town up in the beautiful Rocky Mountains where I was born, raised, and spent the first 21 years of my life. I first taught myself programming in BASIC on my oldest brother's TRS-80 Color Computer II 16k from the included manuals at the age of 7. Once I could bend machines to my will I never looked back. I've always dreamed of creating worlds into which I could invite other people, and in this way make this world a better place through increased understanding and introspection. The pursuit of this dream and value is in everything I do from programming to creative writing, to video production, and more. I am known to build websites in my sleep, come up with a new business idea just about every day, read giant books cover to cover, learn programming languages with ease, design computer games in my head, teach people stuff, blog, blog, and blog.
