I try and draw synergies across varies stakeholders in driven a commodity driven product of online payments in India [Cards, UPI & Net Banking].By using selective data metric coupled with deep product understanding I efficiently try and map the business requirement to relevant business model which falls under the ambit of compliance and legal standards of payments ecosystem.Mechanical engineer at the core who tries and explore different array of options and working closely with customer by using the learnings from design thinking and behavioural architecture I try and frame different product models from acquiring standpoints for difference Merchants/Aggregators for driving business.I identify the root case and leverage the entire network to drive product and generate optimum efficiency in terms of payments standards like payment success rate [SR] and penetrate the product to achieve higher Wallet/Market share.
