CurrentWorking with BlueScope since 2010 and have been actively involved in the solution side of business; Entrusted with the responsibility of liaisoning with and facilitating Developers, Builders, Architects, Engineers and other stakeholders in the development industry as part of Business Development activity; ensuring the translation and adoption of Best Practices in design, construction, infrastructure standards, projects implementation approaches.Key resource involved in imparting training/ guiding personnel; in scripting presentations to engineering consultancies in use of structural design software and technical information about the products; have devised and proposed cost effective design solutions to the clients and other stakeholders; nurtured and developed strong professional relationships/ partnerships with various stakeholders including both in the private sector and the government; involved in pro-actively brand building and promotion of the firm in different forums and conferences. Deliverables handled in the present assignment include realisations of the financial and non-financial targets; effectuating the ambitions of the business including those relating to growth, safety, profitability, cost management, greater production efficacy etc. ; Share in large parts the responsibility for planning and implementation of mid and long terms strategies for gaining sustainable Competitive Advantage and Market Leadership.
