CurrentAshley uses her knowledge of plant pathology and weather patterns to answer customer questions over the phone. She also manages a team of Arborist Assistants worked together to keep the arborists and the crews organized. Many of her duties include processing payroll to ensure her team gets paid accurately, aiding in the route planning process, dealing with customer service issues, following up with people who are past due on their billls, and supporting my team in anyway they need it.
