Responsible for site supervising & accounts.

- Handling Daily Schedule Update of cargo shipping.- Preparation of Nominated Vessel trans shipment report.- Preparation of report for vessels, crane booking, & daily movement.- Coordination with 3rd party bookings to plan weekly loading cargo related to Suez canal movement.- Monitoring container tracking system which provides data to terminal and 3rd party cargo.- Updating the daily schedule of TRUST system ( shipping system. ETA and ETS system).- Supplying of container seals (Imco class label).- Preparation of voyage activity reports of main line vessels.- Document controls over Ports & terminal Depot contract agreements, their validity as well as terms and conditions.- Responsible for all types of correspondence to all managements who requires reports relating to vessel planning activities and container positions.- Report directly to Operations Manager.
