Also check the quality of data extracted and verifying other required factor as per the Job description. Train and motivate research associate to improve their skills.Handling a team of 13-14 Members.Making a Daily and Monthly reports and send to Project Manager.

• Conduct Internet Research and business development by all search engine like, LinkedIn, Bloomberg, Google finance, Jigsaw, Leed411, etc.• Managing the key aspects of the projects including data collection, QC analysis & project delivery.• Analyzing and Interpreting Data & using Database Software to manage and organize collected information. Managing huge database using MS Excel (Pivot table, V-Look Up, Charts & Graph) with Data formatting and manipulation in Excel.• Worked on many projects where we built an extensive network of clients for North America, Europe, Asia Pacific & Middle East countries and across the globe.• Conducting research and undertaking analysis across a range of industries like Pharmaceuticals, Energy Renewable, Oil Gas, Publishing, Human Resource, Finance, Digital Media, Information Technology, and Infrastructure etc.• Designing an approach ,methodology and executing projects after understanding the client requirements.

Finding CVs on the job portals like Monster, Reed etcScreening the CVsLooking for all Extra informations as specified by the clients (Industry, Sector etc)Downloading the CVs and mailing to client.
