• Look after the overall production line from cutting receiving till packing• Attend Production Planning meeting and make sure for achieving the Shipment dates.• Ensure the quality product shipment; arrange production meeting between Marketing Coordinator and Quality Assurance Team.• Before execution the style in Production arrange material as per Work Order Check List File of each style for implementing the quality and quantity requirement.• Maintain shipment schedule, daily finished garments record and close watch on workers efficiency and corrective action accordingly.• Arrangement of required accessories and machines according to type of style.• Take interview of workers as well as arrange the training session for improvement• Help the management to decrease the Overtime as much as possible.• Follow up day to day production from each line and ensures that production units meet the production target.• To ensure smooth flow of information and material from one department to another and also resolve inter-departmental issues if any.
