• Saved more than 1,000 man-hours for the PHR system, which was targeted for a rewrite from an old software to COBOL for matching the new requirements. Original estimated hours were 1800; but managed to link the new.
• Assumed the lead over a very unstable and behind schedule NOC System during the development stage; and using the RAD/JAD methodology, fixed the issues, completed the project and deployed it in production within a year.
• Continued to work on the Design & Construction project even after the government contract had expired; at management’s request, my contract was extended by 5 lunar months.
