Customer Service Executive in Wafi Branch• Promoted as a Showroom In-Charge.• Promoted to Showroom Manager in Same BranchResponsibilities Handled:• Preparing invoices of Furniture & House hold items in the Software called Baan and handling all kinds of other transactions• Preparing reports of the previous day sales and informing the details of sales to Regional Operations Manager• Monitoring stock movement and preparing report of the items which are moving and non-moving and informing to the Merchandise Control Department.• Requesting replenishments for the stock of both Furniture & House hold items from the centralized warehouse • Following up with M C Department on non-moving items and suggesting to change the items based on clientele profiles • Interacting with customers in the floor and fulfilling their need by showing the products and giving them the products info• Planning the delivery schedules based on the warehouse• Handling customer complaints and following it up with the concern department.
