• MMRCL Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation is government organization for Metro Rail development in Mumbai currently owned by MMRDA. MMRDA is the Government Department for Infrastructure development in Mumbai Metropolitan.
• Responsible for Implementation of the Telecom Network for Mono Rail and Metro Rail projects undertaken in Mumbai City.
• Review of system/ network design documents.
• Network includes Optical Fiber network, SDH Transport system, TETRA Radio Network for Train to land communication across the route length, Fixed access wireline network across all stations, IP network, VLAN, CCTV.
• Systems from vendors like ALCATEL, Motorola, Sepura, Nortel, FIBCOM are installed in Monorail and the entire Metro Line 1 has been implemented by Vendor Thales.
• Monorail phase 1 and Metro Line1 under PPP completed. Involved in testing of OFC,SDH,CCTV,PAS, Train communication and AFC systems.

• Responsible for the Network O&M of ISP and OSP network of Mumbai Circle including entire Mumbai and Thane Districts.
• Entire Team comprises on 2 Cluster Managers, 8 Area Managers, 16 Sub Area Managers and around 200 Transport, Data, Switch and Operation support Engineers.
• Network Consists of 7 MCNs having all Switches, Transport, Data, equipments installed, Transport and Utilities of over 1500 BTS sites, over 1000 Customer premises Transport Equipment and Intracity & Intercity Optical.
• Interaction with MTNL,BSNL and other operators for POI establishment, augmentation and any issues.
• Installation, Operation & Maintenance of Transport network in Mumbai for NLD, BTS, POI, Customer premises equipment.
