Projects Handled: 1.As a Sr Planning Engineer :PMC for TCS IT Park in Pune with Seating Capacity of 24,000, 3 Software Block, 1 Administration Block, 2 Cafeteria, 1 Re-creation & Utility Block.2.As a Sr Planning Engineer: Heidelberg Cement Plant Brownfield Project of 10,000 TPD Capacity,Jakarta, Indonesia. Prepared master project plan in MSP, milestones and deliverable's.Site in-charge for storage section, Carrying out Risk Identification and identifying their mitigation measures at site level.3. As a Assistant Planning Manager at ACC Grinding Unit at Sindri,Dhanbad,Jharkhand. Developed the existing master schedule in MSP.Preparing Micro plans, Management reports, risk assessments, Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and pro-actively identifying solutions to address them in advance.4. As a Assistant Planning Manager : PMC for SABIC – Hadeed Shutdown, Jubail, Saudi Arabia.Prepared Master schedule for all 15 shutdown jobs in MSP and for daily monitoring and tracking prepared micro schedule for 10 major shutdown's. Circulating shift wise reports for close monitoring of project showing variance of project, Resource plan( actual manpower vs planned manpower), any bottlenecks, Mitigation's and actions. 5. As a Assistant Planning Manager : PMC for Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Hyderabad: Build Up Area of 20.88 Lac Sq.ft which have structures like Academic Buildings -3 Nos (G+7), Hostels-10Nos (G+7) which have services like radiant cooling system & solar water heating system & Dining Hall- 1000 seating capacity, Housing Blocks ( B+G+17), Service Buildings & Infrastructure Works (Roads-18.3Kms).Ensuring complete documentation of project, Reviewing of Contractors progress reports, conducting progress review meeting, monitoring and tracking of project as per agreed timelines, site supervision , timely revert on all submissions from contractor (Letters/Mails), Design coordination with Architects/Structural designers.
