 Assisting MEP Manager in all Technical Issues, Material Issues, Commercial Issues, Review of Sub-Contractor Supervise and evaluate all MEP Sub-Contractors & MEP Engineers. Prepare Periodic Reports as required for Higher Management. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise by reviewing related documents. Review Mechanical Shop Drawings prior to submittal for service Coordination and Coordination with other construction elements. Keep the Project Director, Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations. Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team. Review with concern engineer about manpower requirements and inform Project Director should a change be needed. Advice any impact on services caused due to Structural / Architectural changes and raise Query to MEP Manager & Consultant. Assist commercial department and planning department for update of MEP system progress. Provide technical advice to construction team. Oversee all Mechanical services installation and coordinate with civil team in a way to avoid stoppage, delay, and reworks of either teams. Review material/equipment technical submittals for specification compliance. Review site productivity reports and assist the team to achieve targets & improve productivity. Review of method statements with respect to installation works and logistics for equipment positioning. Carry out inspection along with QA/QC and Consultant. Ensure that MEP Site Instructions/NCRs are closed out. Coordinating & Controlling Sub Contractors for all Technical & Commercial issues like Material Submittal, Site Coordination, Sub Contractor Claims, Monthly Payment Certificates and Back Charges. Coordinate with Client representative during final handover phase of all MEP Systems.

 Study and analysis of the Site Report. Study the Specification for a given elevator and analyze the possibility of applying the same specification. Develop detailed design drawing and specifications for Elevator/Escalator projects, tools and control using computer assisted drafting (CAD) applications and position instructions and comments on to drawing. Calculation of the reaction loads on the Guide rails for the Car and Counter-Weight as well as on the Car and Counterweight Buffer. Make the detail drawings for the elevator/escalator showings the entire load and all the Section. Design of the Special layout according to on site Condition. Provide the technical support and coordination to sales and installation teams. Attend the Client Meetings and troubleshoot the On-site condition and provide the necessary solutions. Sending the specification of the Elevator/Escalator to the Factory to Start the Manufacturing of the product. Raising a Technical Inquiry to the factory if any clarifications are required. Assist the Installation team to carry out the Installation as per the Drawing and as well as the applied Code. Make the as Built drawings after all the Installation and Submit to the client at the Handover. Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others within Mitsubishi.
