• Preparation of HVAC Quantification & BOQ with estimation.• Reviewing shop drawings with respect to the design (tender) drawings for compliance with the design intent.• Reviewing the Mechanical shop drawings in conjunction with the structural and Civil Engineers, MEP Coordinators to ensure engineering co-ordination.• Review HVAC services material proposals / submittals against specified technical performance requirements and advise on the appropriateness of the proposals /… Show more • Preparation of HVAC Quantification & BOQ with estimation.• Reviewing shop drawings with respect to the design (tender) drawings for compliance with the design intent.• Reviewing the Mechanical shop drawings in conjunction with the structural and Civil Engineers, MEP Coordinators to ensure engineering co-ordination.• Review HVAC services material proposals / submittals against specified technical performance requirements and advise on the appropriateness of the proposals / submittals.• Preparing, Reviewing and obtaining the approval of Method of Statements. • Raise the material requisitions for HVAC services for procurement as per the project scope. • Installing the Heat Exchanger, Air Cooled Chiller, AHU & FAHU’s, Ecology Unit and Close Control Unit, FCU’s, Supply & smoke Exhaust fan etc.• Installing the Fire rated Duct for exhaust air system and Make up air Ducting, Supply air Ducting etc. Low side work as Chilled water piping (Riser, horizontal floors), and duct accessories.• Guide, lead, assign work and monitor progress of Mechanical site team of Foremen / chargehand / workers• Review IRs and coordinate with supervision consultants for approval.• Review design omissions / discrepancies, raise RFIs and resolve with main contractor / consultants.• Negotiations with supplier and Sub-contractor to finalize the work orders.• Supervising and checking the quality of work as well as inspecting the site along Consultant of various works.
