Conduct Mock drill once in a month.9. Electrical Inspection.10. Workmen camp inspection once in a month.11. Make sure that all employees done Safety induction training.12. Daily PPE's inspection of the worker.13. Conduct EHS alert training for workers.14. Daily and monthly housekeeping campaign with all employees.15. Site walk-through meeting for audit.16. Prepare Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification Risk Assessments and other required documents.17. Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.18. Implement HSE polices in the worksite.19. Promote safe practices at job site.20. Conduct investigation of all accidents and near-misses.21. Ensure the safety guidelines are being follow.22. Perform emergency response drills.

Rules and Responsibilities:Tool-Box Talks, Inspection of Fire Fighting Equipment, Training “How to Use a Fire Extinguisher - PASS”, Provision and Ensuring PPEs, Maintaining PPEs Register, Supporting HSE Manager in HSE Drills, Ensuring Exit Routes are Free from all Barricades and Materials, Ensuring Fire Extinguisher are in Place and Accessible, Observing and Preventing any Unsafe Act and/or Conditions, Forklift Pre-Inspection, Housekeeping in the Production Unit and Warehouse.
