• Responsible for the entire infrastructure resides at 1LINK Data center as per the responsibilities assigned by management.• Responsible of providing Network Level configuration, troubleshooting services to the telcos, member banks, vendor and utility company with consultation of management.• Established site-to-site VPN with different telcos & financial institutions for secure online transactions.• Planning and budgeting for Network & infrastructure.• Ensuring maximum Network up time, to be precise above 98%• Managing network connectivity setup of different entities located at primary and DR site i.e. Visa, MasterCard, JCB and etc etc• Coordinate and support all member banks and Telco's network.• Identify sources of problems, coordinating with external vendors and resolved configuration or connectivity issues.• Providing primary support of network operations by managing customer connectivity status and end- to-end services.• IP-Sec/VPN and GRE migration project, design and implementation between all Banks and Telco’s.

• Oversees IP Network activities of Company, which incorporates monitoring and administration of Cisco Systems®• Network Security Including Firewalls VPN, Data Leak Preventions, Cisco ACS Tacacs +, SSH, Access List, Prefix list | IPsec/GRE)• Troubleshoot, identify and solve technical issues in the implementation & live operation of the network, scanning, intrusion detection.• Planned Maintenance of Networks with minimum disruption to users/downtime.• Monitor network performance using the Solar wind.

• Managing Core, Aggregation & Access layer Routers and Switches with more than 150+ devices across the Network. such as: Cisco 72xx, 38xx, 38xx, 28xx, 26xx - Agg Cisco Nexus 3000 & Cisco 45xx, ME34xx, 37xx, 35xx, 29xx, Cisco SME 300.• Working on Maipu S3900, S4100, S4200, SM3100 & HP Procurve 2650 switches.• Identify and recommend needed and optimal infrastructure improvements.• Troubleshoot various network issues affect solutions and collaborate with staff and outside vendors to resolve complex problems• Interacting with field operations staff and outsourced vendors such as Qubee etc.• Managing and monitor IGP and EGP protocols in our network.• Configuration, Maintenance and T-shoot of L2 & L3 Protocols.• Monitor network performance using the Solar wind /Cacti Network Monitor and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
