Project: Muscat Int’l Airport, Bechtel led Main Contract 3 – Airport Terminal Buildings & associated works as main contractor for design-build, lump-sum ($2.1 Bn).Coordinated engineering and process input to workstreams, support and advice to contracts with regards to compliance & delivery of key project deliverables of commissioning, interfaces, handovers, O&M and technical documentation including that of subcontractors.1. Project: Crossrail - Transport for London (TfL) Network Rail (NR) and others.The station and tunnel design package (Civil, Structural, M&E) works cover key London stations. This was one of the complex areas on the Crossrail route interfacing with over & under-ground service owners & stakeholders.1. Managed the configuration process during the delivery of contractual documentation (URD / SRD). Coordinated the identification of the technical baseline of the requirements through close coordination with key functions - engineering, construction, change, document control, and quality also managed the new requirements / changes of product / process throughout the design-build phase.2. Unified the assurance tool (DOORS) database to identify and capture the technical requirements and traceability in line with the configuration management plan.3. Facilitated the development and consistent approach to rail and station assets information handover using CMMS tool and BIM.
