Education is not a determinant of development but it is a source of learning, teaching and communicating Skills. A country's development depends on three things: effectiveness in (1)allocation of skills, (2) management of skills and (3) Skills diversification. Personally, I believe that, there are three legendary persons, who have changed the directions of economics;1. Adam Smith, told us how economy works?2. John Maynard Keynes, taught us how to use economics as a policy tool?3. Amartya Sen, defined, what should be the goals of economic policies?As an independent researcher I, have a strong grip over tools like (Excel, Stata and R) and methods like (Econometric modeling and Benefit-Cost Analysis).
