Spearheading the role in Data Analyzing, Data Visualization for All Saudi Kayan Production Plants converting raw data into useful information for defining, designing and aligning the results for Operation Excellence.• Develops insights on Manufacturing KPIs, Reliability Losses, and Assets link to losses in order to understand areas of focus.• Meridium, Power BI• Preparing APM (RCM / RBI / RIS) methodologies Plan and ensure the plan is adhered. • Create compelling, persuasive presentation materials to communicate key learnings and recommendations to senior level executives• Root Cause Analysis Management in Meridium, ensuring recommendations are closed within the target dates and zero overdue.• Maintain and retrieve data in specified formats from (Meridium) including query Building.• Accrue complex wide data related to EHSS, Sustainability, Production, Maintenance, and Reliability to gauge plant performance and thereby announce the best Plant during Site Performance meeting.• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for entire Saudi Kayan related to SABIC Global Assurance program.• Managing Asset Engineering Dept. Employees R&R GAP Analysis and creating Individual Development Plans.• Member of Reliability Culture Committee, which overlooks imparting Reliability & APM Awareness to SK Employees at regular Intervals, and plan & Execute Reliability campaigns.• Manage critical elements of SABIC MFG 2025 strategies in SK.• Monitor SABIC Maturity Levels applicable to Saudi Kayan
