1. Define TBL’s Mobile Banking strategy and roadmap2. Requirement analysis, Enhancement with new features/services of Mobile Banking Application3. M-commerce & other services expansion4. Paypoint Network expansion & Management5. Daily Operation Monitoring & Documentation6. Explore new channels, evaluate and recommend new Mobile Banking channels to management7. Training various stakeholders on existing processes and new processes related to the product8. Work jointly with various distribution channels to increase the usage of the product9. Corresponding with Vendors, Telco’s, BB, BTRC, Citycell, Distributors, A2I etc.10. Conceptualize and implement promo strategy and campaigns for driving the product penetration across the customer base11. Liaise with marketing team to create communication to convey product features/benefits to customers.12. Monitor market trends and evolving customer needs, taking into account future technology/developments, competitor offerings, operational concerns, and changing regulations13. Set revenue targets, monitoring & assessment of Branch personnel & Paypoint 14. Develop and execute go-to-market plan, working with all related departments to execute15. Build and maintain key relationships with regional and international partners, such as central banks, MNOs, funders and corporations to ensure their support and collaboration in regulations, business roll-outs and investments.
